The Holy Cross Sexual Misconduct Policy and the Holy Cross Employee Handbook on Confidentiality

Both the Sexual Misconduct policy and the Employee Handbook at Holy Cross recognize confidentiality.   I was also personally promised it by the Jesuit president of the College of the Holy Cross.

It is simply astounding that Fr. Boroughs, Fr. McFarland and the Board of Trustees think they can lie about this.

I never asked for this job to expose the moral and ethical failings of Holy Cross leadership, but I have to do it, because I believe I am not the only person who is going through this with the cavalier leadership of Holy Cross, and I know personally how much it harms someone’s life.  It is especially harmful when you have experienced deep betrayals of trust before.   I cannot be silent about it.
