To William J. Conley, head of Administrative Services at the College of the Holy Cross:

1. Please cite any instance in which you addressed my question about where unethical and unlawful conduct of the administration is to be reported.

2. I will not be receiving any more medical care or advice.   All the rest of the hunger strike for justice and its outcome is determined by whether Holy Cross offers a normal, productive means of communication.  If it fails to, despite its offer of settlement talks, then whatever happens as an outcome to the hunger strike is 100% the fault of the college.
