Week 10 at Holy Cross; Twelfth Day of the Hunger Strike and Beyond

Tomorrow is the start of my tenth week at Holy Cross this year; I began a Vigil for Justice in February 2013.   After finding that the college wanted to hear about harassment and hate speech by some students, but still blatantly ignored misconduct by the administration, I restarted the hunger strike that was suspended last year.   Tomorrow is the 12th day of the hunger strike.

It will be a busy day and a busy week, so I am writing about it today.  This prayer is very much on my mind with the start of the tenth week and the 12th day of the hunger strike.   I sense a significant change coming and I am okay with that.

Take Lord, and receive all my liberty, my memory, my understanding, and my entire will, all that I have and possess. Thou hast given all to me. To Thee, O lord, I return it. All is Thine, dispose of it wholly according to Thy will. Give me Thy love and thy grace, for this is sufficient for me.
