Reporting Blatant College Policy Violations to Boroughs Again

Dear Fr. Boroughs,

Nearly three weeks ago I wrote to you about your office’s violation of written Holy Cross policies, but you did not respond.

Written college policy states that peaceful protests should not be interfered with.   The college has publicly stated that my protest is peaceful.   Yet you banned me from campus completely, all the time, and not only my peaceful protest.  You also terminated my role as a class agent after many years, as retaliation for the protest.   You also filed a complaint against my professional license, which I won, again as retaliation for my peaceful protest.  You also banned me from the funeral for Fr. John Brooks, SJ, again as retaliation for my peaceful protest.

The College of the Holy Cross has a clearly stated policy that peaceful protests should not be interfered with.   The college also has many written policies prohibiting retaliation.

I am very surprised and disappointed that you failed to acknowledge any of these issues.    I will continue to bring these problems to your attention until there is a proper response.

Thank you.

An alum
