Deliberate Violation of Constitutional Rights by the College of the Holy Cross

The College of the Holy Cross chose to violate my Civil Rights under the United States Constitution more than 15 months after I began my protest.   Maybe the entire administration and public safety department of the College of the Holy Cross should go back to elementary school and learn about the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Since I began this blog in January 2013, I have had one experience after another of the College violating its own written policies, Massachusetts law and now the U.S. Constitution.   Is the College administration delusional?  Are they ignorant?  Is the College being run by incompetents?  Or is it a problem with arrogance?  We can do whatever we want to do.

I don’t know what their problem is, but it’s all the same type of problem:  violating laws and policies if they see a benefit to them.   This happens regularly.

This time, my Constitutional Rights were violated to benefit the Chairman of the Board, who apparently did not want to see my Vigil for Justice on a public sidewalk when he drove down the public roadway — so the College put two big trucks in front of my protest.   What the hell is wrong with the College of the Holy Cross that it has a board chairman who is placed above the Constitution of the United States of America?   Anyone involved in this nonsense should be fired.  They certainly should not be working at an educational institution.

  1. Snady says:

    Sounds like Holy Cross is being run by an Emperor — one without clothes!

  2. Elizabeth sarfaty says:

    I love this quote: “HOPE criticizes what IS;
    hopelessness rationalizes it.
    HOPE resists
    hopelessness adapts.”
    The very fine patriot and religious leader William Sloane Coffin.
    You seem full of HOPE, dear Kate!!
    LoveJUSTICE,
    Elizabeth ;

  3. History repeating itself, centuries after centuries, with thousands of emperors in their birthday suits!

  4. I think, to answer your question, it is “”incompetence and arrogance””, the more I integrate The reality of the Roman Catholic Church’s behavioral pattern. I think it is also “”superiority”” they thrive on, as well as that of: manipulation–using–taking–advantageous behavior–domination–overpowering–controlling–greed–exclusiveness–being untouchable–unhealthy secrecy–overly protective–authoritarian–hierarchical–sexual undevelopment–deviance –playing God (saying the pope is perfect, and acting as if they were a perfect Jesus)–greed–total lack of conscience when they injure, harm, or cause the death of a soul–unconsciencable behavior–self absorbed–FEAR–ANGER–HATRED OF REALITY–MONEY–ESCAPING REALITY–Narrow-minded mess– Rigidity– Escape artists–DENIAL–GUILT MUNGERS–No Boundaries–UNHAPPINESS–DEPRESSION.

    I THINK IT IS ALL OF THIS COMBINED.

  5. Irresponsibility, immaturity, a refusal to grow up, and wanting to act like little boys where parents
    have to take responsibility (in this case, the parent being a non-relative Pope and hierarchical power of deviance. The power, money, and world fame for guilt manipulation, along with adult clergy who want to be children forever, using their minds and bodies to defy nature in deviant, criminal, manipulative measure, is the problem. One must not forget the greed, the taking, the manipulation, the theatrical playing games of the Roman Catholic Church, of which is also at the seed of the chaos. The Catholic Church’s crimes, and responsibilities have been manipulatively dumped on society for the systematic structure worldwide to cover, as the church continues to scapegoat and use not only children and adults alike, but the entire infrastructure of the world.

  6. (continued from above)
    ……..AT EVERYONE’S financial, social, physiological, spiritual, intellectual, sexual, emotional, social, mental EXPENSE, BUT THEIR OWN! ……AS THEY CONTINUE TO USE & ABUSE THE INFRASTRUCTURE AND PEOPLE OF THE WORLD, THINKING THEY R BETTER AND MORE ENTRUSTED THAN ANYONE ON THE UNIVERSE.

    THE FUNNIEST PART IS THAT THEY R FOOLING NO ONE BUT THEMSELVES, AS THEY ARE PATHETIC EMPERORS ,,,,WITHOUT CLOTHES!

    IT’s all about greed, money, and power games to them,,,thinking that money will buy them the happiness they seek, as they look for it outside themselves. Greed (nothing is ENOUGH for them) and the TAKING OF the spirits, the time, and the Essence of Life from people who the clergy only USE for amusement, is what they are about,,,for they haven’t chosen maturity, where the answer for happiness is right within their very selves.

  7. Emperors without clothes is the perfect image for the Holy Cross administration.
    Look at all they SAY they stand for, and the elitist things they actually do.

    If I had a chance to talk to Kevin Condron, head of the Board of Trustees, I’d want to ask him if he was raised this way — elitist — or if he got that way from too much time at Holy Cross later.
