The College of the Holy Cross chose to violate my Civil Rights under the United States Constitution more than 15 months after I began my protest. Maybe the entire administration and public safety department of the College of the Holy Cross should go back to elementary school and learn about the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Since I began this blog in January 2013, I have had one experience after another of the College violating its own written policies, Massachusetts law and now the U.S. Constitution. Is the College administration delusional? Are they ignorant? Is the College being run by incompetents? Or is it a problem with arrogance? We can do whatever we want to do.
I don’t know what their problem is, but it’s all the same type of problem: violating laws and policies if they see a benefit to them. This happens regularly.
This time, my Constitutional Rights were violated to benefit the Chairman of the Board, who apparently did not want to see my Vigil for Justice on a public sidewalk when he drove down the public roadway — so the College put two big trucks in front of my protest. What the hell is wrong with the College of the Holy Cross that it has a board chairman who is placed above the Constitution of the United States of America? Anyone involved in this nonsense should be fired. They certainly should not be working at an educational institution.
