Unexpected Support at Holy Cross

Yesterday afternoon at the Vigil for Justice, three vehicles packed with young men drove down the hill in front of the main gate where I was standing with signs.   The first vehicle honked in support.   Someone in the second vehicle yelled “boo” loudly out an open window.   Then people in the third car suddenly beeped loudly and yelled words of support, drowning out the young man in the second car.

It looked like they were headed to sports practice somewhere.
